How To Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter the MATCH PLAY BRACKET CHALLENGE, click the PLAY NOW! button or use the SIGNUP link at the Contest website. If you do not have a valid user account, you must first register for one and complete the requested information. You will be limited to five entries per valid email address. In the event of additional entries, only the last five entries received will be eligible. Entries must be submitted by one hour prior to the scheduled first tee time of the 2009 WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship event, approximately 7 AM ET on Wednesday, February 25 (“Contest Start Time”).

By entering you agree to abide by the complete official rules governing the Contest. Once submitted, all entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Any personal information supplied by entrants to sponsors or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and terms of service posted on Golf Channel’s website. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning entry, the owner of the email account may be deemed the entrant, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Canadian resident is selected as a winner, he/she must correctly answer a time based mathematical skill test administered by email/mail to be eligible for a prize.

The MATCH PLAY BRACKET CHALLENGE is FREE to play.

Selecting Your Bracket

Upon successfully entering, you will complete the six-round tournament bracket form for the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship. Based on the tournament match-ups, you must fill-in your 63 golfer selections. In addition, as a tiebreaker, you are asked to predict the total number of holes played during the entire tournament by the tournament champion. The tournament bracket will be available beginning Monday, February 23, 2009, after 1 PM ET. For participants who register prior to February 23, you will be notified via email once the tournament bracket is available.

You may make unlimited changes to your bracket selections prior to the Contest Start Time. Once this deadline passes (at approximately 7 AM ET on Wednesday, February 25), no changes can be made to your golfer selections for the remainder of the Contest.

Scoring

Points are awarded for each correct golfer selection. The number of points awarded increases as the tournament progresses as follows:

• 1 (one) point for each correct pick in the first round
• 2 (two) points for each correct pick in the second round
• 4 (four) points for each correct pick in the third round
• 8 (eight) points for each correct pick in the fourth round
• 16 (sixteen) points for each correct pick in the fifth round
• 32 (thirty-two) points for each correct pick in the sixth round
• 0 (zero) points for each incorrect pick or tie.

A correct selection occurs when you correctly picked the golfer who advances to the next round of the tournament. You do not have to accurately pick the golfer who the winner defeats in that match as long as you have accurately picked the winner who advances to the next round.

Overall Prizes

Overall prizes will be awarded to the top 5 entries with the most total points as follows:

In the event of a tie for an Overall Prize, the tied entries are sorted by the difference between their tiebreaker prediction and the actual number of holes played during the entire tournament by the tournament champion. The entry whose tiebreaker prediction is the closest to the actual number of holes, without exceeding the correct number, wins the tie. If all tied entries exceed the correct number, the winner is determinded by which of those tied entries comes closest to predicting the actual number of holes. In the event that a tie still exists, the entry whose golfer selections were submitted first will be declared the winner.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals who have reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction. Individuals who have not reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction can enter only with permission of a parent or legal guardian. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and immediate family members of TGC, Inc. ("The Golf Channel"), Fanball, their sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win prizes.

Contest Term

The Contest Term is from Wednesday, February 25, 2009, through Sunday, March 1, 2009, spanning the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship tournament.
